64层螺旋CT冠脉成像与冠脉造影诊断冠心病比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价64层螺旋CT冠脉成像诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测值。方法:选择58例临床疑似冠心病患者以选择性冠脉造影为标准进行比较。结果:在冠脉分支狭窄程度≥50%的病变中,64层螺旋CT冠脉成像与选择性冠脉造影比较,其敏感性为89%,特异性为92%,阴性预测值为93%。结论:64层螺旋CT冠脉成像为临床疑似冠心病的患者筛查,提供了方便、简捷的方法。
