The crisis intervention is a kind of psychological operational technique which concerns college students who encounter crisis events. The growth crisis and the situational crisis of college students result from the psychological crisis. According to the outburst and fatalness of the crisis event, the paper proposes the operational strategies of paying attention to those in serious danger, avoiding misconceived intervention, confirming the intervention principle and the intervention mode.
