New Ideas of Career Guidance in Vocational Colleges

由于高校就业指导工作在教育对象、机构设置、队伍建设、课程管理、教材教法等方面存在的"五重五轻"现状,对此,我们应加强大学生就业指导工作中"五变五建"的改革思路:变"毕业生"为"大学生"就业指导、变高校"就业"指导为"职业"指导、变单一就业部门管理为责任分担、变"讲授式"教学为行动导向教学、变"游击队"师资为专业化师资等。

This paper elaborates the career guidance of vocational institutions in education employment targets, institutional setting, team formation, curriculum management and other aspects, such as the ＂five emphasis and five relaxation＂. It proposes explicitly the reforming idea of the ＂five changes and five constructions＂ in strengthening the career guidance of the graduates in vocational institutions, which includes： to change the career guidance of ＂graduates＂ to ＂college students＂ , to change the colleges and universities ＂ employment＂ guidance to ＂occupation＂ guidance, to change the single administration of employment sector to res .ponsibility-sharing, to change the ＂imparting＂ kind of teaching to action-oriented teaching, and to change the ＂guerrillas＂ type of professionalism to specialization and so on.
