摘要
上海地铁10号线国权路站~五角场站区间隧道旁通道及泵站工程位于软土区,地面道路交通繁忙,地下管线众多。结合周边环境、交通要求及地铁旁通道施工经验,采用水平冻结法加固土体,矿山法开挖。通过设计计算,确定了冻结帷幕施工参数及制冷参数。通过严格控制冻结孔施工、冻结站安装及二次支护等关键施工措施,使得该地铁旁通道地层加固施工成功完成。
Connecting aisle and pump room of Guoquan Road Station-Wujiaochang Station section of Shanghai Metro Line 10 locates in soft soil area with heavy traffic and various surrounding pipolines. Based on surrounding environment, traffic requirement and construction experience, authors use horizontal freezing method to reinforce soil and mine method to excavate tunnel. By design and calculation, construction parameters of freezing curtain and freezing method are decided. Ground reinforcement of the connecting aisle is finished successfully through strictly controlling key construction measures such as freezing holes construction, freezing station installation and secondary support.
