摘要
岩湾隧道出口出露地层高倾角裂隙发育,部分层面存在夹泥情况。根据工程地质条件,采用临时防护与永久防护相结合,在不改变原设计洞门的前提下,进行洞门岩体加固。施工中采用洞口围岩锚喷网支护、仰坡水平预应力锚索和锚杆加固、边坡上部单墩预应力锚索加固、防爆安全防护、上下台阶法开挖等施工技术,加强隧道洞口围岩变形监测,实现了盾构安全出洞。
Portal of Yanwan Tunnel locates in developmental high-dip fracture rock, which is sandwiched with mud partially. According to geological conditions, through compounding method of temporary and perpetual protection, the portal rock is reinforced without changing design scheme. Some techniques are adopted in construction, such as anchor and grouting mesh in portal rock, horizontal prestressed anchor at front slope, prestressed anchor with single pier in upper slope, safety protection measures against blasting and bench excavation method. Furthermore, the authors pay more attention to deformation monitoring of portal rock, and construction safety is ensured.
