摘要
上海地铁10号线3标同济大学站-国权路站区间隧道与中山北二路下立交基坑工程同时施工。通过现场监测数据分析,揭示盾构穿越下立交过程中,不同工况下中山北二路下立交地下连续墙的沉降规律,并总结引起沉降的因素主要有自然沉降、车辆荷载和盾构施工等,同时提出降低盾构推进速度、增加同步注浆量及加强垫层等沉降控制措施,保证穿越工程顺利实施。
Foundation engineering of Tongji University Station to Guoquan Road Station in 3rd bid-section of Shanghai Metro Line 10 passes through 2nd Zhongshan North Road Under Crossing which is also being constructed. This article reveals settlement rules of diaphragm wall in 2nd Zhongshan North Road Under Crossing caused by different working conditions when the metro tunnel section passes through. Furthermore it summarizes that natural settlement, vehicle loads and shield construction are main causes of the diaphragm wall settlement of2nd Zhongshan North Road. A series of settlement-centrol measures are suggested such as reducing shield speed, increasing grouting quantity and strengthening cushion layers. Thus, the traversing construction is finished successfully.
