摘要
基于水泥搅拌桩成桩质量难以保证、处理深度偏小等弊端,在充分研究水泥搅拌桩加固机制和水泥深层搅拌桩质量影响因素的基础上,开发了多方位立体双向搅拌桩(MMP桩)。介绍MMP桩的技术原理和施工工艺。通过工程实例和试验数据分析,对MMP桩与普通水泥搅拌桩在现场施工工艺、标准贯入试验结果、桩身芯样无侧限抗压强度和经济效益等进行对比分析。试验证明,MMP桩具有优越的工程特性及较好的经济效益。
According to research on reinforcement mechanism and quality influence factors of cement mixing pile, multi-direction tridimensional bidirectional mixing pile, MMP pile for short, is developed to overcome difficulties in quality control and insufficient treatment depth. Technical principle and eonstruetion technology of MMP pile are introduced in this paper. By analyzing actual project and test data, the author contrasts and analyzes field construction technique, results of standard penetration test, unconfined compressive strength of pile core samples and economic benefit of MMP pile and cement mixing pile. Test results show that good engineering properties and economic benefit can be gained with MMP pile.
