Application of Reverse Construction Method in Hangzhou Huanbei Silk-clothing City

杭州环北丝绸服装城采用逆作法施工。在一桩一柱施工中,采用两点控制法,在保证钢管柱加工精度的基础上,通过设置工作井,采用地面及井底上下两套校正装置对钢管柱轴线位置和垂直度进行校正。逆作法施工的暗挖土方采用皮带输送工艺,将土方直接从作业面输送到地面出土点。保证了施工速度和工程质量,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

Reverse construction method is adopted in Hangzhon Huanbei Silk-clothing City. Two points control method is used in construction of single pile and column. It means that on the premise of ensuring fabrication precision of steel pipe column, by setting work well, authors adjust axis position and verticality of steel pipe column with two sets of adjusting equipments which respoetively locates on ground surface and well bottom. Subsurface excavated soil is directly transported by belt conveyor from work surface to outlet. Thus, construction speed and quality are ensured, and good social and economic benefit is gained.
