摘要
回弹法检测混凝土强度时,检测结果受构件含水率影响显著。通过回弹值、碳化深度值、含水率值和试块抗压强度值测试,分析混凝土含水率对回弹曲线的影响,并分别建立考虑含水率的回弹曲线和普通回弹曲线。对两条回弹曲线的回归误差进行对比分析,结果表明,考虑含水率的回弹曲线具有更高的检测精度。实际工程中送检试块检测结果和试验结果吻合较好。
In concrete strength measurement with rebound method, the result is obviously influenced by water content of specimens. According to test of rebound values, carbonization deepness, water content and compressive strength, influence of water content on test values are derived. Then, rebound curves considering water content and ordinary rebound curves are set up. Furthermore, regression errors of the rebound curves are compared and analyzed. The results show that rebound curves considering water content have higher test precision. In practical projects, test results of specimens agree well with analysis results.
