摘要 通过对国内多级清水离心泵的性能指标进行行业统计调查,在收集大量数据的基础上,将效率、汽蚀余量性能指标的实测值与国家标准规定值及样本数值进行比较,对立式结构、卧式结构分别进行统计、整理、分析,详细地介绍了国内单级单吸清水离心泵的技术水平现状,指出了样本数据普遍与实测数据不一致、低比转速的性能指标技术水平相对好一些及立式结构的效率性能指标偏低,并对整理结果进行详细技术分析。 By statistics investigation to the performance index of domestic multi-step clean water centritugal pump and based on lots of data, the measured value of efficiency and net positive suction head is compared with the specified value of state standard and the value of sample. Vertical structure and horizontal structure are respectively gathered statistics, worked out and analyzed. The technical status of domestic single-step single-suction clean water centrifugal pump is introduced in details. The data in sample is not the same with the measured, the performance index of low-ratio speed is relatively better, the efficiency performance index of vertical structure is lower. Detailed technique analysis to the results is conducted.
