芥蓝遗传育种与生物技术研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 芥蓝为中国华南地区特产蔬菜,近些年,许多其它地区已引种栽培。生产上主要应用的是地方常规品种,部分存在产量低、品质差、病虫害严重等问题,制约了生产的发展。科研人员已陆续开展了种质资源的研究、提纯复壮、杂交选育以及基础性的遗传与生物技术研究等工作,取得了一些进展。作者就近些年芥蓝遗传育种与生物技术相关内容的研究进行了综述,并对今后的研究做了展望。 Chinese kale is one of specialty vegetables in South China. In recent years, it has been introduced and cultivated in many other areas. Due to the main application of local conventional varieties, low yield, poor quality, serious diseases and pests of part of varieties constrain development of the production. Researchers have been carried out studies of germplasm resources, purification and rejuvenation, hybridization breeding, as well as basic genetic and biotechnology research and some progress has been made. This paper reviewed ad- vances in research relevant to genetic breeding and biotechnology of chinese kale in recent years. Prospects on future research were also discussed.
