中国农村信息化建设战略探析

Analysis of Rural Informationization Strategy in China

为了解决农村信息化建设中存在的信息基础设施薄弱、信息资源开发利用水平低、信息化人才缺乏、信息化政策环境不健全和城乡信息化存在较大差距等主要问题,缩小城乡信息差距,促进社会主义新农村建设,实现农村经济社会的可持续发展。通过分析当前中国农村信息化建设的指导思想、基本原则和应该注意的问题,提出了农村信息化建设的主要任务是:加强农村信息化基础设施建设;推进农村信息化公共服务平台建设;加快农村信息化应用系统建设。

The purpose of this study is to solve the main problems during the rural informationization, to narrow the information gap between urban and rural areas and to promote the new socialist countryside and rural economic development. There are some main problems such as the weak information infrastructure, the low exploitation of information resources, the poor qualities of information recipients, the unsound policy environment of informationization and a bigger information gap between urban and rural areas. On the basis of them, Authors analyzed the guiding ideology and the basic principles of rural informationization, then put forward its major task. That is to strengthen the information infrastructure, to promote the public services platform of rural informationization and to speed up the construction of application system.
