中国农民收入影响因素分析——以新疆为例

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the Income of the Farmers in China——A Case Study in Xinjiang

农民增收问题是三农问题的一个重要方面,分析农民收入影响因素以找寻切实有效的农民增收途径十分必要。以新疆为例采用实证分析的方法对农民收入的影响因素及其影响程度进行了研究;分析得出:新疆农民收入中家庭经营收入占较高比重,且其收入结构相对单一,主要依靠第一产业,同时,劳动力受教育水平、农业机械化程度、农业生产要素投入等对家庭经营收入有较高影响程度,应当加快城镇化建设步伐、大力发展二、三产业以拓宽农民增收渠道,大力发展教育事业以提高劳动力素质并加大农业生产要素投入、提高农业机械化水平走现代化农业发展道路;只有针对这些具体问题提出相应的解决措施并加以有效落实才能切实提高农民收入。

Problem of increasing the income of the farmers is an important aspect of issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area.It is of great significance to find influencing factors of the income of the farmers and thus to find ways to increase the income of the farmers.Empirical analysis and C-D function are used in the case study in Xinjiang.It proves that agricultural income plays an important part in the income of the farmers.At the same time,the level of education of labor force,the degree of agricultural mechanization and the factor inputs in agricultural production also contribute to the income of the farmers much.It is highly proposed to speed up the pace of urbanization and to develop the secondary industry and tertiary industry vigorously.To develop the education and to increase the investment in agriculture are also highly recommended.Only when we find the problem-oriented solutions can we increase the income of the farmers effectively.
