摘要
随着人类全球化进程的加快,不同文化背景的人们彼此交流日益频繁。但是由于中国学生不了解异族文化的特点,或者说由于文化背景不同,经常会在交际中出现语用失误,造成交际的失败或冲突。分析语用失误的表现和成因,并据此提出了提高语用能力的对策,强调应将语用原则纳入英语教学内容。
With the rapid development of globalization, communication between people with different cultural background is becoming more frequent. However, because of lack of understanding of English culture and pragmatic principles, communication between Chinese students and foreigners often breaks down. This paper analyzes the causes of cross-cultural pragmatic failure and puts forward some English teaching strategies to increase non -English majors pragmatic competence.
