摘要 目的了解脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射对牙髓细胞增殖的影响。方法应用体外组织细胞培养技术,MTT比色法测量不同能量参数的Nd:YAG激光照射对牙髓细胞增殖的影响。结果80mj20Hz的能量最有利于细胞生长,频率超过40Hz即对细胞生长无促进作用。结论合适的能量能够促进细胞生长。能量过大抑制细胞增长。 Objective To observe the effects of Nd: YAG laser radiation on the proliferation in pulp cell. MethodsUsing cell culture method and MTT assay to measure the proliferation Of pulp cells after the laser radiation with differentenergies. Results The energy Of 80 mj 20Hz could greatly increase the mounts of cultured pulp cells. When the frequencywas over 40Hz, the mounts Of the cells would not increase. Conclusion Laser radiation has significantly stimulatory effectson the pulp cells if the energy was fit. It could decrease the proliferation if laser dose was too high.
