依法治校是依法治教、依法行政,维护学校、师生权益,促进学校健康协调可持续发展的重要保证,是建立现代学校的基本标志。笔者结合依法治校的实际,从制度建设、队伍建设等方面阐述了依法治校的途径,对提高依法治校实效性具有一定的现实指导意义。
