外阴白斑和鳞癌细胞中ras癌基因产物P_(21)的检测

摘要
报道102例外阴白斑和鳞癌细胞中ras癌基因产物P_(21)的检测。检测结果显示,正常组与各组存在显著差别(P<0.05～0.01),良性病变与不典型增生、鳞癌组之间存在显著差别(P<0.05～0.01),不典型增生与鳞癌组之间无显著差别(P>0.05),说明P_(21)ras检测可作为良恶性病变之间的鉴别手段。
