切开复位内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折

Unstable Fractures of Pelvis Treated by Internal Fixation

作者自1993年以来,对28例不稳定骨盆骨折进行切开复位内固定治疗,并创用π棒内固定方法。所有病例骨折复位满意,可早期下床活动。作者认为对有垂直不稳定的骨盆骨折,进行内固定治疗疗效明显优于其它治疗方法。比较分析了前后手术径路和各种内固定方法的利弊;认为T型钢板和π棒内固定优于其它固定方法。

Twenty-eight patients with unstable fractures of the pelvic ring were treated by open reduction and internal fixation since 1993. We applied a new operative procedure with π- shaped rod. Good results were obtained in all patients. All of the fractures were reduced and healed satisfactorily. The authors thought the curative effect of internal fixation in unstable pelvic fracture was better than other methods and T- shaped plate and π - shaped rod were better in many respects.
