摘要
家蚕细胞基因工程人α-干扰素注射液(IHIFN-α)具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用。对于离体培养的HL60和KB细胞,IHIFN-α有直接抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用,且呈剂量依赖性关系。在体研究中,IHIFN-α2.0×106IU/kg对S180有较明显的抑制趋向(P<0.01),抑瘤率达21.0%;而对于EAC,IHIFN-α4.0×105IU/kg及2.0×106IU/kg两个剂量都无明显延长生存时间的作用;IHIFN-α与5-Fu10mg/kg合用对S180小鼠抑瘤率以及EAC小鼠存活天数并无增效作用;但是5-Fu10mg/kg与2.0×106IU/kgIHIFN-α合用却能明显减小EAC小鼠第9天的腹围(P<0.05,与5-Fu比较)。
Chinese silk worm gene engineering human interferon α(IHIFN α)has the inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor cells. IHIFN α can inhibit the proliferation of culture HL 60 and KB cells directly and dose dependently. In vivo , IHIFN α 2.0×10 6 IU/kg can inhibit the growth of S 180 , its inhibitory rate was 21.0%; whereas IHIFN α 4.0×10 5 IU/kg and 2.0×10 6 IU/kg had no effect on EAC cells in mice; IHIFN α hasn′t synergistic or additive effect to cy 15 mg/kg or 5 Fu 10 mg/kg in the index of inhibitory rate in S 180 mice and survival days in EAC cells; but from the index of the abdominal circumference in the 9th day, the circumference of group IHIFN α 2.0×10 6 IU/kg combined with 5 Fu 10 mg/kg was much shorter than that of group 5 Fu 10 mg/kg.
