摘要
从5个属73株菌中筛选到一株柑桔溃疡黄单孢菌X034,它可将苯甘氨酸甲酯和7-氨基去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸(7-ADCA)缩合生成头孢氨苄。进一步考察了碳源、氮源、无机离子对产酶活性的影响,对酶反应条件进行了研究,确定了酶反应的最佳条件为:pH6.5,7-ADCA浓度为2%,侧链与底物配比(PGME/7-ADCA)为3比1,25℃,反应9h,转化率达75%。
