教师组织政治知觉量表的编制与施测

摘要 自Ferris等人1989年提出组织政治知觉概念以来，国外与此相关的研究方兴未艾。所谓组织政治知觉（perceptions of organizational politics）是指个体对组织中他人、群体或组织致力于追求自我利益的活动的认知评价和判断。组织政治知觉理论认为，当个人对组织前景感到模糊时易于产生组织政治知觉，此种认知极易产生消极的情绪，进而个人政治行为增加，最终将会影响到工作目标有效实现。
