摘要 刘河煤矿副井提升机原有的电控系统使用低频或动力制动下放,不仅能耗高,而且运行时故障多、维护量大,而变频电控系统无起动电阻,变频起动,起动电流小,下大件时变耗能为电能回馈,节电效果非常突出,节电率在30%左右,且每年可节省维护费用达万余元以上。论文对变频电控系统改造技术方案和应用效果进行了简单的分析。 The electric control system of auxiliary shaft hoist in Liuhe coal mine is low frequency or power braking.It is not only high energy consumption,but also has many troubles and large maintenance in working.Frequency conversion electronic control system hasn t start-up resistor,but by frequency conversion,and the starting current is small.Especially,when lifting heights it converts energy-consuming into feedback of the power.So,power-saving effect is very prominent,and power-saving rate is around 30%,with saving the cost of maintenance more than ten thousand yuan one year. The improvement technology and application effect of the frequency conversion electronic control system are presented in this paper.
