摘要
为了确保MD-600防灭火制氮设备中空纤维模组入口温度在规定范围内防止超温,在分析压缩空气温度变化流程的基础上,提出了解决方案,通过实测比较得出了经济合理的运行技术参数,解决了制氮机模组温度控制存在的超温、压缩机耗水量大等问题,保证了设备在防灭火中长时间连续运行。
In order to prevent the inlet temperature of the hollow fiber model group over the temperature limits in the MD - 600 nitrogen generator of mine fire prevention and control, base on the analysis on the temperature variation procedure of the compressed air, the paper provided the solution. With the comparison between the site measurements, the economic rational operation technical parameters were obtained. Thus the existing problems of the temperature over the limits in the temperature control of the nitrogen generator and the air compressor high water consumption were solved to ensure the equipment could be in a continued operation during the mine fire prevention and control.
