煤炭企业为实现库存的高效管理,可采用基于联合库存的供应链库存管理模式。联合库存管理实施成功最为关键的是:信任关系建立、信息系统和相应的技术支撑体系的建设。煤炭企业应集成各种信息平台构建供应链体系,并建立以信任机制的形成和信任机制的评价为关键环节的供应链管理的信任机制。

In order to have a high efficient management of the inventory, the coal enterprises could apply the supply chain inventory management mode base on the combined inventory management. The key to have the successful combined inventory management shall be the confidence relationship establishment, the information system and the relative support system establishment. The coal enterprises shall integrate each information platform to establish the supply chain system, establish the confidence mechanism formation and the confidence mechanism evaluation as the key link of the supply chain management confidence mechanism.
