热电厂锅炉粉尘对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性作用 被引量:1

摘要 为了调查热电厂尘肺发病中锅炉粉尘所起的作用,采用大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞体外培养方法,以在郑州热电厂和洛阳热电厂采集的燃烧前的煤粉(简称煤尘)和各个锅炉炉膛内的飘落灰粉(简称灰尘)体外染尘,计数细胞存活率和测定培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性作为细胞毒性指标。结果:2厂煤尘对肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性均小于2厂灰尘(P<001),郑州热电厂锅炉灰尘对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性大于洛阳热电厂(P<005)。提示:2厂尘肺患病率不同可能与粉尘毒性不同有关。 To study cytotoxic effects of dust from coal fired power plants in Zhengzhou and Luoyang,We determined the cell death rate and the activity of LDH by cell culture of alveolar macrophage from rat.The results showed ①that cytotoxicities of dust powder from both plants were significantly higher than that of coal powder from both plants ( P <0 01),②that the cytotoxicities of dust powder from the power plant in Zhengzhou was significantly higher than that of the plant in Luoyang ( P <0 01).These were corresponding to the resluts of epidemiologic survey.It is suggested that the difference between prevalence rates of pneumoconiosis in both coal fired powder plants may be related to the cytotoxicity of dust powder.
