摘要
在人食管癌Eca109细胞中加以终浓度为10-5mol/L的8BrcAMP体外培育24h后,应用酸解DNA及甲绿派洛宁染色技术在同一标本上鉴别增殖型细胞和分化型细胞。结果:8BrcAMP处理组增殖型细胞占63%,分化型细胞占37%;而对照组增殖型细胞占83%,分化型细胞占17%。
After the Eca 109 cells were cultured at final concentration of 10 -5 mol/L 8 Br cAMP for 24 h,both proliferation and differentiation pattern cells were identified on the same slide by using HCl hydrolysis of DNA and methyl green pyronin stain technique.The proliferation pattern cells decreased,while the differentiation paffern cells increased.The results suggest that 8 Br cAMP could facilitate cell differentiation and suppress cell proliferation and that this technique could be used for detection of proliferation and differentiation of human esophageal cells.
