摘要
为观察葛根总黄酮对抗啤酒所致小鼠中枢的抑制作用,采用啤酒所致动物中枢抑制的方法研究本品的对抗作用。结果显示:葛根总黄酮灌胃剂量为每d005,010及025g/kg,具有明显提高小鼠对啤酒的耐受量,减少睡眠时间,降低小鼠体内乙醇含量。
The aim of this experiment was to observe the resistant action of crude flavone of pueraria lobata on central inhibition induced by beer in mice.Resistant action of the crude flavone of pueraria lobata was studied by means of central inhibition induced by beer in mice.The results showed that the crude flavone which was ig given at a doses of 0.05,0.10 and 0.25 g/(kg·d) can elevate obviously the tolerance of beer,reduce sleeping time and lower the content of ethanol in blood of the mice.This conduded that crude flavone of preraria lobata may have resisted effect on central inhibition induced by beer.
