摘要
应用免疫组化技术ABC法检测了5例正常卵巢,21例腺瘤,10例交界性肿瘤和40例卵巢癌及19例大网膜转移灶等不同阶段组织nm23蛋白的表达。结果发现:正常卵巢上皮、腺瘤、交界性肿瘤和卵巢癌组织中nm23表达率分别为:20%、6667%、100%和50%。交界性肿瘤nm23表达同卵巢癌和腺瘤间差别显著(均P<005)。而原发灶和其相应大网膜转移灶nm23蛋白表达基本一致。随着卵巢癌组织学级别升高,nm23的表达呈下降趋势,Ⅰ级癌nm23表达率显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级癌(P<005)。提示:nm23基因与卵巢癌的发生有关,并在卵巢癌的细胞分化过程中起调节作用。
Expression of nm23 protein in the tissues of 5 normal ovaries,21 adenomas,10 borderline tumors and 40 ovarian cancers and 19 omental metastatic lesions was determined with immunostaining methods (ABC) at different stages.From normal ovarian epithelia,adenomas,borderline tumors to ovarian cancers,the positive rates of nm23 protein were 20%,66.6%,100% and 50%,respectively,and there was significant differences between borderline tumors and adenomas or ovarian cancers ( P <0.05).However,the expressions of nm23 in the primary lesions and corresponding omental metastatic lesions were almost the same.The positive frequency of nm23 protein decreased with increased malignant grade.The nm23 protein expressed more frequently in grade Ⅰ than in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ ( P <0.05). It is concluded that nm23 gene takes part in ovarian carcinogenesis and plays a regulatory role in the differentiation of ovarian cancer.
