摘要
研究了Cu-Mn脱硫剂的还原、脱硫及再生性能。该脱硫剂在实际应用中无需进行还原过程,且不仅显示出较强的脱硫性能和较高的硫容量,而且在800℃的高温下仍能保持这些特性。在条件试验中确定了较好的再生条件:空气再生温度650℃,空速850h-1;N2再生温度750℃,空速1500h-1。通过十次硫化-再生循环试验,其脱硫性能无明显变化。
Physical tests have proved ,a series of Cu-Mn-O based sorbents showing more strength and more resistance to temperature than zincbased sorbent.And they also have excellent desulfurization reactivity and high sulfur capacity.A higher strength sorbent can be produced by higher calcination temperature.It is the potential sorbent for commercial application in the future.
