气相色谱法测定蔬菜中7种残留有机磷农药

Detection of Seven Kinds of Organophosphorus Pesticides Residues in Vegetable by Gas Chromatography

采用岛津GC2010气相色谱仪,火焰光度检测器(FPD),毛细管气相色谱法测定蔬菜中7种有机磷农药的残留量,7种有机磷农药都能得到较好的分离,分离效果好。采用外标法定量。测定的分析方法的相对标准偏差在0.99%～3.73%之间,7种有机磷农药标样的添加回收率在83.5%～112.3%之间,符合国家农药残留量测定方法的要求。此方法用于测定蔬菜中7种有机磷农药的残留量,检测过程简便、快速。

A method for determination seven kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables were studied with capillary post and Gas Chromatography 2010 phase with FPD detection. The recoveries of these organophosphorus pesticides are between the range of 83.5%-112.3% , and the opposite and standard deviation are between the range of 0.99%-3.73 %.The results of this test had met the requirement of national method of pesticide residue analysis. The method introduced here is simple, feasible and reliable.
