龙胆草斑枯病组织病理学研究初报

摘要 通过在开花期龙胆草植株上接种龙胆草斑枯病菌,然后置于温室内保温保湿培养,每隔一定时间取样、固定、制片,来镜检观察病原菌形态结构变化及组织病变过程。结果表明:病菌分生孢子萌发后产生芽管从气孔侵入,完成侵入需要12~48h,大约在接种10天后显示症状,16天形成分生孢子器并成熟;病菌侵染寄主引起症状后,菌丝多从叶片背面跨过叶肉组织,在叶片正面的薄壁细胞间集结,最后形成分生孢子器,分生孢子器产生于表皮下薄壁细胞之间,具有一定随机性。 Chinese gentian plants which in florescence were inoculated with pathogen Septoria microspra, and then cultivated in greenhouse under certain temperature and moisture conditions. After inoculation, sampled at regular intervals, fixed, made blades, and then the diseased tissues and changes of the pathogen structure were observed under microscope. The results showed that, the germ tubes of conidia penetrated through stoma, a total of 12 - 48 h was cost for germ tubes to penetrate. 10 dsys after inoculating, symptoms occurred, and 16 days after inoculating, pycnidiums in epicuticle of gentian were ripened. After the symptoms occurred, the pathogen mycelia in underside of the leaf passed through mesophyll and concentrated between parenchyma cells in upper side of the leaf and developed into pycnidiums, distributed randomly between parenchyma cells.
