不同生长年份北沙参中香豆素含量的比较研究

Comparison of the Coumarin Content of Roots in the Different Years of Glehnia littoralis

利用HPLC技术,对不同生长年份北沙参中的香豆素含量进行了测定分析。研究表明,北沙参中补骨脂素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的量以及香豆素总量基本呈逐年增长趋势,四年生北沙参中的量极显著高于生长一年、二年和三年的北沙参,因此,生产中,生长一年以上的北沙参应该不仅可作留种用,而且还可作药用。

The content of some coumarin in roots of Glehnia littoralis in the different years were determined with HPLC. The results showed that the larger the number of grown years was, the more the content of psoralen, imperatorin, isoimperatorin and that of the gross amount of the three were. The coumarin content in the roots of Glehnia littoralis of four grown years was extremely significantly more than the other ones. Therefore, roots of Glehnia littoralis of two or more grown years should not be kept only for seeds in production, and also, they should be used as medicinal material.
