生物活性炭处理阿特拉津微污染源水的研究 被引量:2

Treatment of water sources micro-polluted by atrazine using biological activated carbon

摘要 目的:探讨分析生物活性炭处理阿特拉津微污染源水的效果。方法:采用实验室筛选的阿特拉津降解菌接入活性炭柱,形成生物活性炭去除水中微量阿特拉津。结果:炭柱运行前期对照柱和降解菌柱均对阿特拉津有较好的去除率。炭柱运行后期,对照柱去除效率下降至30%。而降解菌柱去除阿特拉津效率仍保持在65%-75%,延长了炭的使用寿命。结论:生物活性炭对阿特拉津有较好的去除率。 Objective:To explore the effects of biological activated carbon treatment of atrazine from micro - polluted water source. Methods:The biological activated carbon was formed with the inoculation of atrazine - degrading bacteria to remove atrazine from micro -polluted water source. Results:The higher removal efficiency was obtained for the control column and degrad- ing - bacteria column at the beginning of the operation. However, the rejection of atrazine by control column dropped to 30%, while the degrading - bacteria colud keep the removal efficiency at 65% -75% as the operation run which extends the life time of the activated carbon. Conclusion:Biologically activated carbon has high removal efficiency on atrazine.
