摘要
目的:ATP生物发光法在饮用水中细菌总数快速测定的实用性评价。方法:通过平板培养法和生物发光法对照检测桶装饮用水、直饮水和人工加菌后的瓶装饮用水中的细菌总数。结果:以不同培养基培养发现桶装饮用水、直饮水等饮用水中除了中温细菌外,还有一类在寡营养培养基上能生长的低温细菌。生物发光法用于这类水样的检测时,过0.45μm滤膜,能把水中绝大部分的细菌检测出来。含有大量低温细菌的水样如某些桶装饮用水由于低温细菌的干扰,发光法检测结果高于营养琼脂平板法的结果,对于人工加菌的瓶装水样这两种检测方法检出的结果基本一致,发光法用于饮用水中细菌总数检测时,其结果基本上能反映饮用水中所含细菌总数的情况。结论:ATP生物发光法可以作为一种快速检测饮用水样中细菌总数的方法。
Objective:ATP Bioluminscent method and the traditional GB methods (National standard method) were used to detect total bacteria amount in drinking water including barreled drinking water and artificial contaminated bottled water. Methods:Two kinds of microorganisms found in the barreled drinking water by two kinds of culture media could grow in middle and low temperature respectively. Results: When ATP Biolumincenct method was used in those water, most of the microorganisms in drinking water could be blocked by 0. 45 μm aperture filtrate film then the filtrated films were detected. The results in- dicated that by ATP methods were a little higher than those by culture methods in the drinking water containing abundant low tem- perature microorganisms, but the results by these two method were almost the same when the artificial contaminated bottled water was detected. Conclusion: Comparod with the GB method, the ATP biolumincent method is reliable and can be used to detect the total viable microbes in drinking water quickly.
