摘要 目的:建立工作场所空气中氢氧化铯的火焰原子吸收测定方法。方法:以微孔滤膜采样,水溶液洗脱,KCl溶液作消电离剂,火焰原子吸收法测定。结果:标准曲线测定范围0-30μg/ml;回归方程Y=0.0163X+0.00658,相关系数r=0.9997;样品的加标回收率为95.0%-102.5%;相对标准偏差为1.8%-2.1%;检出限0.11μg/ml。样品在室温下至少可以保存14 d。结论:该方法适用于工作场所空气中氢氧化铯的检测分析。 Objective:To establish a method for determination of cesium hydroxide in the air of workplace by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods : The sample was absorbed with micro - filter and desorpted by water. KCI as deionization, Cesium hydroxide was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results:The linear range of calibration curves was 0 -30 μg/ml, equation of linear regression Y = 0. 0163X + 0. 00658, r = 0. 9997. Retention efficiency 95.0% - 102. 5% , precision was 1.8% 2. 1%, the detection limit was 0. 11 μg/ml. The sample could be preserved for at least 14 days at room temperature. Conclusion: This method is suitable for determination of cesium hydroxide in the workplace air.
