摘要
目的:建立一种分离、测定痕量维生素B2的新方法。方法:先用聚乙二醇-硫酸铵双水相体系萃取富集VB2,然后于λex/λem=448.0/526.0 nm处测有机相的荧光值。结果:聚乙二醇6000-硫酸铵双水相体系对维生素B2的一次性萃取率在91%-93%之间,线性范围8.52×10^-6-1.5×10^-4mg/ml,检出限为7.0×10^-6mg/ml。结论:该方法萃取率高、线性范围宽、检出限低,可用于维生素B2的分析测定。
Objective: To establish a new method for the separation and determination of trace vitamin B2. Methods: Adopt the aqueous two phase extraction based on PEG - (NH4 )2SO4 to extract VB2 , then determine the fluorescence of organic part by λex/ λem= 448.0/526.0 nm. Results:The extraction efficiencies of vitaminB2 between the PEG6000 - salt system was 91% -93% in one -step extraction, the extraction method gave linear dynamic ranges of 8. 52× 10^-6 - 1.5 ×10^-4 mg/ml with detection limits of 7.0 ×10^-6 mg/ml. Conclusion:This method has dramatic advantages such as high extraction efficiency, long linearity, little detection limits etc. So it is suitable for determination of vitamin B2.
