不同采收期山茱萸中马钱苷的含量测定

Determination of loganin in fruit of Cornus officinalis from different harvesting time

目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定不同采集时间的山茱萸中马钱苷的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil（Dikma Tech-nologies）C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水（15：85）为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长240 nm。结果：不同采集时间的山茱萸中马钱苷含量在0.60%-1.66%之间。结论：山茱萸宜在10月中旬采集最佳。

Objective：To establish a method of HPLC for determination the contents of loganin in fruit of Comus officinalis from different harvesting time. Methods：The separation column was a Diamonsil （Dikma Technologies） C18 column（4. 6 mm ×x 150 mm,5 μm） , and 240nm was used as ultraviolet detection wavelength. Results：The contents of loganin in fruit of Comus officinalis from different harvesting time were 0. 60% - 1.66%. Conclusion： The results indicated that the fruit of comus officinalis should be harvested in the middle of october.
