摘要
目的:对本地区食物中毒的沙门菌的分子分型及耐药性进行分析。方法:菌株分离、生化鉴定和血清型确定参照GB/T4789.4-2003方法进行,采用PFGE进行分子分型,利用药敏卡通过仪器对菌株进行药敏试验。结果:从12份标本中,检出8株塔克松尼沙门菌,经PFGE分型,8株源于食物中毒病人和食物标本的塔克松尼沙门菌其带型一致,为相同菌株。对8株塔克松尼沙门菌进行了21种抗生素的药敏试验,受试菌对大多数常用的头孢类和喹酮类抗生素敏感。结论:PFGE是一种非常有效的分子分型方法,建立细菌PFGE指纹图谱数据库及PulseNet,对于控制食源性疾病非常重要。
Objective:To study the molecular typing and antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella separated from food poisoning of Zhaoqing. Methods: Strain isolation, biochemical and serotype identification were done according to GB/T4789.4 - 2003 methods. Use PFGE to identify the molecular type, use antimicrobial - susceptibility card and instrument to survey antimicrobial resitance. Results:8 strains of S. taksony were found in 12 specimens from patient and food. The belt - line types of the eight S. taksony strains were the same by PFGE molecular typing,that's indicated that the 8 taksony came from the same sources. The result of antimicrobial test for 21 kinds of antibiotics indicated that the strains were susceptible to most of the cephalosperins and quinolones. Conclusion:PFGE is an effective molecular method for typing. It is important to establish PFGE fingerprinting data- base and PulseNet for preventing the outbreaks of foodborne disease.
