广东省2003～2008年麻疹疫苗抽样效价结果分析

Analysis of vaccines potency examination of measles vaccine,live(MV) in Guangdong from 2003 to 2008

目的:分析疫苗在冷链运输各个环节的效价变化,评价广东省冷链系统运转状况。方法:采用线性监测与定点监测结合,连续抽检麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV),依照卫生部规程,采用微量细胞培养法,测定疫苗的效价。结果:共抽检MV204批次,合格率99.5%,平均病毒滴度为4.15log CCID50/ml,省、市、县三级抽样结果差异没有显著性,不同年份疫苗检验结果有差异。结论:广东省冷链系统运转情况良好,疫苗效价在运输过程中没有降低。

Objective： To analyze vaccine potency change at distribution, to evacuate monitoring of cold chain in Guangdong. Methods： MV samples collected at three different levels of vaccine distribution in Guangdong viz. province, municipal and countylevel CDC, testing for MV＇s virus titration, according as Criterion of Ministry of Health. Results ：99.5 percents MV＇ s titration was qualified in 204 batches, average virus titrations were 4. 15log CCID50/ml, there were not significant differences of potency of MV between different levels, differences of potency of MV was found between years. Conclusion ： Vaccine potency is stabilized at distribution network, cold chain was availability in Guangdong Province.
