摘要
目的:掌握建水县碘缺乏病(以下简称IDD)防治现状,评估防治效果。方法:通过甲状腺肿大调查,尿碘、盐碘检测,防治知识问卷调查评估IDD防治效果。结果:建水县碘盐合格率为94.44%,尿碘中位数为265.88μg/L,未检出疑似甲肿儿童,小学生及家庭主妇问卷及格率100%。结论:建水县IDD各项指标均达到了《云南省消除IDD阶段目标评估方案》规定的消除IDD标准。
Objective：To study preventive measure and its effect of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD） in Jianshui County to assess accomplish situation of elimination very index. Methods： To appraise IDD preventive cure effeet by thyroid gland swollen study, urine iodine, salt iodine examination and preventive cure question aire invest - tigation. Results： Jianshui County pass rate of qualified salt iodine 94.44%, urine iodine median 265.88 μg/L, not detected a suspected tumor of children, students and housewives questionnaire 100 % pass rate. Conelusion：Jianshui County IDD index conforms to Elimination IDD Etage Objective Evaluation plan in Yunnan Province.
