摘要
为制定中国健康女性最大通气量(MVV)正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国39个单位测定的3 053例健康女性最大通气量正常参考值,应用SPSS统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与8项地理环境要素的关系.结果发现健康女性最大通气量正常参考值与中国地理环境要素有显著的相关关系,并用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了回归方程.结论为如果知道了中国某地的地理环境要素数值,就可以用回归方程计算出该地的健康女性最大通气量正常参考值.依据健康女性最大通气量正常参考值与地理环境要素的依赖关系,把中国划分为东北、华北、晋陕内蒙古、长江中下游、东南、西北、西南、青藏8个区.
To supply a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy women, we find the relationship between the normal reference value of 3 053 examples of maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy women and eight geographical environmental factors in 39 areas in China was measured by SPSS statistical software and correlation and regression analysis. The results is that the correlation of geographical environmental factors and the normal reference value of maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy women was quite significant. The method of mathematical regression analysis was used to infer a regression equation. If geographical environmental factor values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy women of this area can be reckoned by the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of maximum minute ventilation of Chinese healthy women and the geographical environmental factors, China can be divided into eight regions.
