摘要
通过对有机硅季铵盐在改性羊毛纤维上的抗菌柔软整理研究,用SEM、红外光谱及能谱对整理后的羊毛纤维进行分析检测,并对整理后的纤维织片进行了抑菌、皮肤刺激、柔软、耐洗等性能的测试。结果表明:有机硅季铵盐的活性基团与改性后羊毛纤维表面的活泼基团通过化合键或氢键的形式牢固的结合一起,使羊毛纤维具有显著而持久的抗菌性,可降低羊毛纤维之间的静摩擦系数,使纤维具有良好的平滑性和柔软性,并具有持久耐洗性,穿着时对皮肤安全无刺激。
The antibacterial and softness performances of wool fibers tidied by silicone quaternary ammonium salt were researched. The tidied wool fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope, infrared spectrum and energy spectrum, then tested antibacterial, skin irritation, softness, washability performances. The results showed that the active groups of silicone quaternary ammonium salt and tidied wool fibers combined together by chemical bond or hydrogen bond firmly, which made the wool fibers a lasting antibacterial resistance, and reduced the static friction coefficient between wool fibers, so that the fibers have good smoothness and softness, durable washability performances, and have no stimulation to skin.
