摘要
探讨山羊绒纤维平均长度、长度离散、平均直径、直径离散性能、长度小于7.5 mm短绒率等性能对羊绒针织物起球等级的影响。对于38.2 tex×2羊绒纱,当纱线设计捻度为260捻/m,织物横密为19列/5 cm时,根据逐步回归方法分析得到,山羊绒纤维长度小于7.5 mm的短纤维含量,对羊绒针织物的起球等级有显著影响,呈现负线性相关性。按照所得到的回归方程,要使织物的起球等级达到4级及以上,所用山羊绒纤维长度小于7.5 mm的短绒率含量不能大于5.34%。
In the paper, the effect of cashmere properties(mean length, length CV, mean diameter, diameter CV and less than 7.5 mm content) on its knitted fabric was investigated. Through step-regression analysis, it was obtained less than 7.5 mm content influenced the pilling rates of cashmere knitted fabric when designed yarn twist was 260 T/m and fabric density 19 yam/5 cm for yarn linear density 38.2 tex × 2. There is a negative relationship between pilling rates of cashmere knitted fabric and less than 7.5 mm content. In basis on the regression equation, the less than 7.5 mm content must be less than 5.34 percent when pilling rates of cashmere knitted fabric is 4 or more.
