The Preliminary Analysis about Standardization of Business Process Outsourcing

在当今世界经济发展中,现代高端服务业成为竞争的热点。业务流程外包(BPO)凭借其专业化、降低成本并保持核心竞争力等特点被越来越多的企业所采用。本文首先描述了BPO的概念和执行框架,在论述了BPO发展现状的基础上,分析总结标准化对BPO成功的重要作用,最后提出了对BPO标准化的意见和建议。

Modern high-end service industry has become a competition focus in the economic development of contemporary world. Business Process Outsourcing（BPO）is used by companies in an increasing number, because of the properties of specialization, lower cost and maintaining core competencies. At the very beginning, the concept of BPO and its framework of implementation are introduced. Then the important impact of standardization on BPO success is analyzed and summarized based on the presenting of development status of BPO. Finally, some comments and suggestions about standardization of BPO are proposed.
