摘要
对安全系统工程学的定义及研究内容进行综述;基于系统工程方法论的研究现状,给出安全系统工程学的方法论及学科理论基础,并建立安全系统工程学的方法论四维结构体系。借鉴水资源系统工程的理论框架,提出安全系统工程学新的方法体系即安全系统分析方法、安全系统优化方法、安全系统建模方法、安全系统预测方法、安全系统模拟方法、安全系统评价方法以及安全系统决策方法。研讨现有安全系统工程学中的实用方法,并进行比较与评价。这对丰富安全科学技术的学科理论,特别是安全系统学的学科建设有着重要意义。
The definition and study content of safety system engineering were summarized. Based on the present research situation of system engineering methodology, some basic methods and theories of safety system engineering were given ; the four dimensional morphology chart of safety system engineering methodology was put forward. By referring to the theoretical framework of water resource system engineering, a new method system of safety system engineering was presented, including safety system analysis methods, safety system optimization methods, safety system modeling methods, safety system prediction methods, safety system simulation methods, safety system evaluation methods, as well as safety system decision-making methods, whose concrete methods were compared and evaluated with each other. The study is of significance for enriching the theory of safety science and technology, especially for building theories of safety system.
