摘要
在猪生产中,消化率是影响养猪经济效益的关键因素。作者综述了饲料(日粮能量、蛋白质源、饲料添加剂、抗营养因子)、猪本身(品种、年龄与个体差异、采食量、疾病、生理状态)和饲养管理技术等因素对猪消化率的影响,期望生产管理者重视消化率这一因子,以提高养猪经济效益。
Digestibility is a key factor in pig production. The paper reviews the factors of feed nutrition ingredient (dietary energy, the source of protein, feed additives and anti nutritional factors), the faitors of pig itself (breeding, age, individual differences, feed intake, disease and physiological status) and rearing management technology affect on digestibility of pig. Expectations of production managers pay attention to the factor of digestibility, and enhance economic benefits.
