Spray drying is commonly used to make sustained-release microcapsules, its application field, preparation process were overviewed. The effects of successfully making sustained-release mierocapsules were investigated through the coating material, temperature, concentration of solution, speed of spray, feed rate, plasticizer and antisticking agent.
