农村经济组织在农村社会养老保障中的地位研究

The Research of the Situation for Farmers Economy Organization in Building up Social Pension in Rural Areas

建立完善的农村社会养老保险离不开农村经济组织。农民在通过参加各种经济组织融入工业化、城市化的进程中,更需要社会保障。组织化的农村经济与松散的家庭式的农村经济相比更有利于建立社会养老保障。如果没有建立各种农村经济组织,仅仅依靠政府和农民家庭,支撑不起来稳固的农村社会养老保障。各种农民经济组织在社会养老保障体系中发挥着中坚作用。

It has been proved that a complete social pension system would always come along with well-developed economy organization of farmers. Organization of farmers represents that the farmers are to be involved into industrialization and urbanization by means of joining various economic organizations, because a rural economy constituted by organization of farmers will request social pension more than that by separate families, and also organization of farmers will do good to the process to build up the system. Without economic organizations of farmers, a robust security system of rural areas can not be sustained solely by the government and farmer families even though they can play big roles in it. Organization of farmers is the fundamental necessity to build up a complete and stable social security system in rural areas.
