圆角刀无干涉刀具轨迹关键技术研究

摘要 生成圆角刀无干涉刀具轨迹,一直都是三轴数控加工自动编程中的难题。本文通过采用微分思想,将竖直线与圆角刀边保护面求交点,转化为与平底刀边保护面求极大Z值交点,并将顶点保护面整合到边保护面部分,统一了三种刀型保护面的求交方法,提高了后续算法的效率及稳定性。 Generation of interference-free tool path of torus cutter has always been a difficult problem during automatic programming for 3-axis NC Machining. In this paper, intersection points of protective area, which is between vertical line and edge of torus cutter, are converted into intersection point of maximum Z value of protective area at the edge of flat-bottomed cutter by using thinking of differentiation. Moreover, vertex of protective area is integrated into the part of protective area at the edge, which unifies intersection method for protective areas of 3 types of tools. Therefore, efficiency and stability of follow-up algorithm can be improved.
