Re-examination of the Mission of Local Colleges

地方高等院校承担着我国大众教育的重要使命,在我国高等教育系统中占有十分重要的地位。文章分析了高等教育大众化背景下大学职能的转变以及我国地方高等院校在发展中所面临的问题,并提出地方高等院校发展的使命所在。

Local colleges carry the major mission of public education and play a very important role in our country＇s higher education system. The change of colleges＇functions under the background of the massification of higher education and the problems in the development of local colleges are analyzed and the mission of local colleges＇development is proposed.
